QUESTIONS

Common questions

Do I need to mail you the original photo?

No. A good scan or a clear, well-lit phone photo of the original is usually enough. We'll let you know if a better scan would improve the result.

Will the restored photo still look like the original?

Yes. The goal is to repair damage and improve clarity while keeping faces, details and the feel of the original moment true to life.
